Discovering Sports for our Younger Ones! Ready Steady Go Kids is a multi-sport program running 7 days a week in your local area. Designed by a paediatric physiotherapist and occupational therapist, the classes are structured to suit 4 different age groups between the ages of 18 months to 6 years old. The program teaches 10 different sports over 2 terms which helps the children develop a broad range of skills and build a platform of sporting knowledge. This also ensures the children remain interested and engaged throughout the entire program. The program not only teaches the children sporting skills but also a range of additional age appropriate skills including exploration, basic counting and colour concepts. Plus it encourages teamwork and sportsmanship, and helps to build social skills, listening skills and concentration.

• •

Show pre-schoolers that sport and physical activity are fun, thus developing a lifelong passion for exercise. Develop and enhance age-appropriate gross motor skills, coordination and correct posture. Introduce and reinforce the importance of warm ups and stretching to help prevent injuries. Increase each child's confidence. Prepare children for school and participation in the broader community.

• All Ready Steady Go Kids classes are held indoors so rain, hail or shine, our classes will still run. All of our coaches are energetic and make each class really fun. The program runs in line with the primary school terms and we offer all new children a FREE TRIAL. Why not book your trial today and see why hundreds of other local children are loving our program each week?

The classes are designed to focus on a specific gross motor hand-eye/foot-eye and/or balance activity to complement the sport component and our program structure is repeated each week so the participants become familiar and comfortable with the routine.
