Josh Jambon Cooking - Improv Cooking Or Cooking With Out A Net Most of the time it seems we have to choose between having a dinner that tastes delicious at a cost to our health or a dull meal that fits our diets. It's rare to find something that's low in fat and calories that we can actually be proud to serve. The picture on the front of the box shows four chicken breasts, and if I made this meal using the recommended 4-6 pieces of chicken, there is no way this would feed seven people (not the people I know!).
