You Challe Step 1: Please fill the shedule. What are you doing 24 hours, 7 days a week? Be as concret as possible! Be honest to yourself! For example mark your sleeping times, work, TV, PC, family, friends, houshold chores, traveling, sport, university (acitve), honorary office, eating, food preparing, learning etc.. What ever you are doing, be aware of it.

Step 2 Count the hours. Look at the results! What do you think about? Which results are amazing? How do you rate your focuses and time killers?


ur enge: Step 3: Reorganize! Ready to change? What do you need to have a good balance between duty and leisure? (To learn effectively you need safe, continious, untouchable learning spaces and time for fun.) Take an empty shedule and plan your life again. Please be aware, that everybody wants changes, but nobody likes to change! There might be some resistance to leave the comfort zone. ;-)

Step 4: Life your live! Control the effects! There might be some more changes necessary. Maybe you need some strategies to improve. Feel free to contact your lecture to get support!
