Aetna makes it easy to compare costs between in-network doctors or clinics. A little research beforehand can save you loads of money.

HRA Plan and HSA Plan members are required to talk with Surgical Decision Support (SDS) through Your Medical Ally to avoid a penalty. Afterward, the penalty is waived, and you may be eligible for a $400 gift card! If your doctor recommends elective lower back surgery, hip or knee replacement, weight loss surgery or a hysterectomy, you are required to enroll in SDS 30 days before your surgery.
