Anodized Aluminum Housing • The clear anodized finish provides a great look while protecting it from corrosion.

Heavy-Duty Worm Drive Gear Head • The Heavy-Duty Worm Drive Gear has been painstakingly engineered through years of development to survive and surpass the stress and torque experienced with the weight of today’s lifts. The trauma force that lifts face cause many of the competitors’ off-the-shelf parts to fail, but Boat Lift Boss Worm Drive Gear Head has the strength and holding power to not simply outlast, but to thrive in these extreme conditions. Stainless Steel Hardware •All the hardware found throughout the unit, inside and out, is constructed of high-grade stainless steel and will never rust.

High-Power 120V or 12/24V Motor •Available in both AC and DC models, designed and perfected for the marine environment. AC models are designed for lifts with access to GFI-protected shore power, while DC models run either on 12V or 24V battery power. Powering DC models with 24V will nearly double the lift speed. Additional battery, solar power and wiring are required.

Weather-Resistant ABS Housing •The fully-sealed injection-molded electronics housing offers the best protection for the electrical com- ponents while providing a clean factory-designed look, not just the bolted-on afterthought look other brands feature.

Heavy-Duty Chain and Sprockets • Heavy-duty hardened steel sprockets add life to the unit, while the heavy-duty chain is spun on a true roller bearing instead of a bronze bushing.

HDPE Cable Keeper • When there is no load on the winch, cables have the potential to loosen and slip outside of the spool, which the consumer would not recognize until too late. Cables becoming caught in the chains and sprockets can cause expensive damages to the lift and leave it unusable. The HDPE Cable Keeper eliminates this possibility by keeping the cable fully contained in the spool where it belongs. High-Sided Winch Drum •High sides on the winch drum work in conjunction with the Cable Keeper so no cable can escape through the top while also allowing plenty of space for extra cable should it be needed. Heavy-Duty Roller Bearings •All major load-bearing points utilize oversized bearings and are protected with a plastic cover and weatherproof O-ring. Competitors use bronze bushings that can fail rapidly and crush under a load.

Field Upgradeable Quick-Detach Electronics •The quick-detach electronic connectors allow a quick and easy electronics swap without ever needing to remove the entire unit from the lift. Eight simple screws and one quick-connect plug are all that fasten the electronics to the rest of the Boat Lift Boss, making it all possible to change the entire electrical system in less than two minutes. This feature is especially helpful when a customer wishes to add a wireless remote control to their existing Boat Lift Boss.

Roller Fairlead •The Roller Fairlead guides the cable properly into the drum and is recessed close to the spool, preventing the cable from ever jumping outside of the drum.
