Social Work is an action-oriented profession. In our BSW Program, you will gain the skills necessary to identify the needs of the disadvantaged, marginalized and oppressed, and empower people and communities to realize their full potential. This program prepares you to work with diverse individuals, with varying circumstances, in urban, rural, and remote areas. You will learn to practice in a wide variety of areas that include direct work with individuals, families, and groups; community development; social policy; program planning, and research.

We offer the only accredited Bachelor of Social Work in Saskatchewan. Through two practica (totalling 700 hours), you will receive supervised practical social work experience over two terms!
