the soft interior and crunchy crust absolutely win over Lauba's guests. Socializing around the table starts with bread and spreads. The menu is carefully designed and changed every three months, according to the changing of the seasons. Ingredients are purchased only at the marketplace and from a few selected small producers, because, as Lauba says, it is important that the food they offer has a "name and surname". When you take your seat at the Bistro, you will notice that the interior is very understated, but if you have a better look around yourself, you become aware that you are sitting in a perfectly created story designed by Morana Vlahović. The Bistro allows you to walk through the exhibition area during dinner, and find out current events on the contemporary art and culture scene.
