Ceric starts up new plants in Maghreb Ceric Technologies (Paris, France)
Nuovi impianti Ceric in Maghreb During 2015, Ceric is due to commission 5 new brick plants in Algeria with a total capacity of 780,000 tons of clay bricks a year. The Sfapromaco plant in Batna Installation work on two lines, each with an annual production capacity of 80,000 tons, was completed at the beginning of 2015 at the Sfapromaco plant located in the Batna region of north-eastern Algeria. The first line was commissioned in mid-March and the second is scheduled to start up in June 2015. As the new plant is a long way from the customer’s other facilities, all of which are located in the Oran area and also use equipment supplied by Ceric, post-installation support and personnel training has been included as part of the contract. Protimgad 3 The installation, commissioning and start-up of the third Protimgad line was completed in an exceptionally short timeframe and the plant has already reached its nominal capacity of 120,000 tons per year. 780.000 tonnellate l’anno di mattoni in laterizio: è la produzione complessiva dei 5 nuovi impianti produttivi, tutti accomunati dalla tecnologia Ceric, che saranno collaudati in Algeria nel corso del 2015. L’impianto Sfapromaco a Batna Nella regione di Batna (Algeria nord-orientale) ha sede la Sfapromaco dove, all’inizio di quest’anno, sono terminati i lavori per la realizzazione di due linee con una produzione di 80.000 tonnellate/anno ciascuna. La prima linea è stata messa in funzione a metà marzo, mentre la seconda sarà avviata nel mese di giugno. Come previsto in fase di montaggio, Ceric fornirà l’assistenza post collaudo e la formazione del personale dello stabilimento, un supporto necessario a causa della distanza dell’impianto dagli altri stabilimenti del gruppo, tutti situati nella zona di Oran e anch’essi forniti in passato da Ceric.
