Transport in the city and environs The public transport is guaranteed by the Transport Company of the Brno City and Integrated Transport System of South Moravian Region with a network of trams, trolley-busses, trains and busses. Shorttime and more-days tickets are available in the ticket offices, railway and bus stations, newsagents, or with an extra fee from the driver. Information is available in every vehicle. The public transport includes the boat transport at the Brno Dam (page 96). Brno has several big underground and several-storeyed parking garages. For highways and some bigger roads it is necessary to have a highway sticker, which is for sale at the border crossings, petrol stations, post offices and in motor clubs.
