Do you have furniture to spare?

Registered charity Serving Our People (SOP) is calling upon the Gold Coast community to donate surplus furniture items to those in need.

SOP has supported over 55,000 people across the Gold Coast, Logan, Brisbane and Northern NSW since 2020, and now they need your help.

If you’re downsizing, relocating or decluttering, the SOP team collects furniture items, large and small, that are in good working order.

Lounges, tables, single and queen beds, white goods and baby items are in high demand.

Donations are delivered to recipients who are disadvantaged or displaced by natural disasters, domestic violence and the rental accommodation crisis.

The need for furniture has never been greater – and every donation makes a difference.
