Task 2.2 – Desk Research on theories and good practices on improving good governance in sport by monitoring and managing ethics behavior

Description:

• Desk Research implemented by literature review around good practices on monitoring and management of athletes' ethics behaviors in the field of child and youth sport, existing protocols and recommendations, ethics behavior indicators, particularities of management of ethical behavior for child and youth sport.

• The Research will be focused mainly on 6 following categories of behavior: (1) harassment & bullying; (2) discrimination, whether it be based on origin, color, gender, religion, disability or sexual orientation; (3) doping; (4) abuse, including sexual abuse; and (5) violence, (6) match fixing.
