Go to a Michelin-starred restaurant in the city, and do not be surprised if it boasts a whole row of Poul Henningsen’s PH Artichoke lamps. Minimalist cafes, on the other hand, are likely to opt for Jacobsen’s Ant Chairs, while no modern kitchen is complete without a stack of Margrethe Bowls by Bernadotte & Bjørn. Danish design is everywhere.
