That’s not what I do,” Christian says. “We had a company book an evening at Huis de Voorst, and the first thing we did was to go through the company’s history to figure out who they were,” he says, continuing: “The company originated in a small village in the English countryside, so our chef created ten dishes, each dish inspired by a decade spanning the company’s 100year-old history.
