ollowing a successful inaugural year as Dutchess County Regional Chamber of Commerce’s President and CEO, Frank Castella, Jr. will deliver a brief State of the Chamber address at the January Contact Breakfast on Wednesday, January 20 from 7:30-9 a.m. at the Poughkeepsie Grand Hotel. The event will also serve as the Chamber’s annual meeting. Castella will reflect on accomplishments from 2015, including an overview of his first year with the Chamber, the success of The Chamber Foundation’s fundraising campaign, the transition of the Youth One Stop program to the Foundation
