“Funfit” where fitness is child’s play. This funfilled activity brings fitness to a whole new level. Using balls, chutes, instruments and more, you and your child will get a hearthealthy workout in a stress-free class. Kids will build self-confidence, socialization, coordination, balance, language and cognitive development. YOGA FOR YOUNGSTERS
This yoga class will be devoted to learning the basics of yoga, balance, and coordination through fun yoga poses and music. Creative classes filled with active breathing techniques and imaginative poses will help children learn the basics of relaxation and motor coordination while simultaneously working on language development, direction following skills, and group work. YOGA FOR KIDS
This class is designed for children ready to practice more independent yoga poses while continuing to work on the basics of balance, motor coordination, and sensory regulation through creative poses, group games, partner poses, and self-calming breathing techniques. Lessons may explore yoga principles including peace and kindness and will includes imaginative sequence poses, and will build on continuing language development, social interaction skills, and further body awareness.
