New Technology for CVR MLS Users

There are several new tools and apps available to CVR MLS users at no additional cost.

NEW AGENT TOOLS

The following tools are now available on your CVR MLS dashboard.

This listing analytics tool shows you where your listings get the most online traffic. ListTrac shows you how many clicks an individual listing receives, where the clicks are coming from and can generate a branded report to share with your sellers.

Upon broker configuration, DepositLink is a secure and efficient way for real estate firms to collect earnest money deposits and commissions electronically. This tool also allows you to easily track your deposits throughout the lifetime of a transaction.

NEW APPS

You can find the free apps below in the Google Play Store and the Apple Store.

The MLS Touch App replaces the GoMLS App. With MLS Touch, you can sync your MLS contacts, set up Auto Emails and invite clients to your own branded app.

MemberPlus

The MemberPlus App allows you to pay your CVR MLS quarterly bills and register for classes and training.

EALTORS® do much more than just real estate - they are leaders who are engaged in the community and commit their time to a variety of causes.

In 2022, dozens of members of the Richmond Association of REALTORS® have sent in their volunteer outings and fundraising initiatives to be highlighted by the association in our Philanthropic Spotlight. Through these submissions, we have showcased members of RAR who have spent hundreds of hours volunteering, raised thousands of dollars in contributions, and collected numerous donations for local nonprofit organizations.
