Simple Explanation of the NOVACAB Technology as it is Applied to the Power Generation Industry
The NOVACAB Thermal Energy Storage System (“TESS”) captures heat from a Power Plant (or other heat source) and converts what would otherwise be wasted heat into NO-COST Electricity. The storage of heat is accomplished using proprietary formulations of Synthetic Phase Change Material. Each 1-MW NOVACAB Unit can store 3.4 million BTU’s of HEAT ENERGY which can be converted to 1 MW of electricity.
The STORED HEAT can be converted On-Demand as needed to supply electricity, thus providing a reliable source of back-up power in the event of power outages.
