The Oklahoma 4-H Foundation hosted the 24th Annual Clover Classic Golf Tournament Oct. 21. 2021, at Oak Tree Country Club in Edmond, Oklahoma. Simmons Bank Thomas & Rhonda Coon
The Clover Classic has a rich history as the Oklahoma Thomas D Mapel & Duane Mapel 4-H Foundation’s most popular fundraiser each year, AXIO Financial led by the organization’s board of directors, fundraising Blue & Gold Sausage Co. events committee, and Executive Director Milford H. Jenkins. The objective of the Clover Classic is to generate funds for 4-H youth development while also providing a fun activity for supporters and sponsors to John & Gaye Pfeiffer Luke & Angela Dockrey The Oklahoma Land Lady- Rachel Pickens participate in. A record-setting amount of $48,176 in University & Community Federal Credit Union total gross revenue was raised by sponsors and players. Madeline’s Flower Shop
Another record was set with 27 teams competing - the Messer-Bowers Insurance highest in the golf tournament’s history. The tournament ended with an awards luncheon where 4-H Ambassadors spoke before presenting the top Paul Jackson Skye McNiel three teams with awards, recognizing top male and Valley View Pecan Co. female golfers for longest drive and closest to the pin Larry Hukill contests, distinguished participants and long-standing John Knipp supporters. “All credit for our record-setting 2021 Clover Classic Golf Tournament goes to our generous supporters with a common goal of investing in the lives of 4-H youth,” Samuel Knipp Clint Roush Rusty Roush said Jenkins. “Tomorrow’s leaders in our communities, Liberty Dental counties, state, country and world will come from the Cornerstone Planning Group, LLC.
