RUSTIC TRI VIEW DRIVE IN The Rustic Drive In announced that they will be reopening as of Friday May 15, 2020. The following are their most recent guidelines via their Facebook page: "We are excited to open this Friday , let’s work together to create a safe entertainment experience. PARKING An attendant will guide you to a parking spot – please follow their lead. We will keep one open space between vehicles Please watch the movie from • The inside of your vehicle; OR • Chairs placed directly in front of your vehicle; OR, • If you’re in a truck, chairs located in the truck bed Please do not congregate with other visitors anywhere on the premises MASKS Must be worn at all times when: - Your vehicle windows / hatches are open - Anytime you are outside your vehicle SOUND Sound will come from your car radio. • Screen #1 - 90.1FM • Screen #2 – 91.5FM • Screen #3 – 87.9FM If needed, please bring a radio with you. We will not have radios available. FOOD CONCESSIONS Support our operations by buying food at the concession stand. Please wear a mask and maintain 6’ social distancing. You can place your order by: • Walk up service at the ORDER HERE door of the stand (ladies restroom side of the building) – please maintain 6’ social distancing & wear a mask OR • Call (401)484-5452 to place your order. Please give us 20 minutes and pick up your order at the PICKUP HERE door (men’s room side of the building) • Per State of RI guidelines, trash should be taken with you in your vehicle when you leave at the end of the evening RESTROOMS - Only 3 people will be allowed in each restroom at ANY time - Will be monitored by an attendant. - Please maintain 6’ social distancing, wear a mask and wash/ sanitize your hands. • Note: When not visiting the concession stand or restroom ALL patrons must stay at their vehicle. MUSEUMS AROUND THE WORLD During this uncertain time of COVID-19 and social distancing, Google has provided a wealth of free resources for people to use, one of them being free virutal museum tours around the world. The following is a direct quote from USA Today's website: " Google Arts and Culture partnered with over 2,500 museums and galleries around the world to offer virtual tours of their spaces. Some of the options include New York’s Museum of Modern Art and Amsterdam’s Van Gogh Museum. The Louvre, based in Paris, is also offering its own virtual tour online for free."
