No matter how far apart we are, online learning can bring us together. At MSVU, we’re welcoming students to the online classroom of the future, guided by more than 40 years of experience in distance education.
MSVU’s online learning platform offers access to a range of courses, as well as programs that you can complete fully online, such as our longstanding Bachelor of Business Administration degree. We take a student-centered course design approach to develop courses that are interactive, easy to navigate, and fun.
What to expect
Depending on your course, you may find options in our platform to work in groups, engage in discussions, access library resources, deliver presentations, complete quizzes, respond to questions in discussion forums, and so much more. Your online courses may include extras like interactive video, real-time polling, and Yammer—a 24/7, mobile-friendly social media app.
Our virtual classroom software takes flexible education to the next level, allowing you to join classes online in real-time and revisit recorded classes. In a live online class, you will get to listen to your professor, view slideshows, talk to your peers, brainstorm on whiteboards, work in small groups, and do a variety of activities and polling. You can ask questions, give answers, and engage throughout the class with both microphone and chat options.
