Make the most of your day

We think the best way to get around our campus is on foot – there’s so much to take in and it enables you to really get a feel for our beautiful green surroundings.

You can also hop on and off the buses as often as you like – they are free to use throughout the day. All the buses have a drop-floor and are accessible for wheelchair users and prams.

In case of illness, injury or lost property, please inform anyone in a purple Team Loughborough t-shirt and they will assist you. If you hear a fire alarm, please leave the building immediately and follow the University’s fire marshals to the nearest evacuation point. Please do not use any lifts or re-enter the building until you are advised to do so.

We regret that we are not able to store items of guest luggage during the day.

Our digital team will be taking photographs throughout the day for publicity purposes. If you do not wish to be in any photographs or video footage, please notify a member of staff.

Drop-off points across campus (including to and from car parks) but also take you into town/to the train station

Our campus is big so don’t forget to take walking between buildings into account when planning your day! Below we’ve estimated how long it will take you to get to the main buildings on campus.
