Research process - Brazilian Legends

As lendas e mitos brasileiras possuem origem na mitologia dos índios nativos, em conjunto com os mitos trazidos da Europa pelos portugueses e da África pelos negros. A mescla de diferentes culturas permitiram produzir mitos únicos, ricos em detalhes.

Ao pesquisar sobre as lendas brasileiras, percebemos a oportunidade de trabalhar com mais lendas ao determinar dois times distintos no tabuleiro, sendo um com lendas aquáticas e outro com lendas terrestres. Assim fizemos uma divisão e estipulamos quem seria quem no jogo de xadrez.

The Brazilian legends and myths originate in the mythology of the native Indians, together with the myths brought from Europe by the Portuguese and Africa by the blacks. The mixture of different cultures allowed to produce unique myths, rich in details.

When researching about the Brazilian legends, we noticed the opportunity to work with more legends when determining two distinct teams on the board, one with aquatic legends and the other with earthly legends. So we made a division and stipulated who would be who in the game of chess.
