It's Time to Turn Over a New Leaf

Come and witness the dropping of the very first baby 'leaves' at the 2023 Magic Millions Yearling Sales.

Long Leaf, son of champion sire, Fastnet Rock, sold as a yearling for $750,000 and amassed career earnings of almost $1,000,000.

Commencing as a 2 year-old, he won the LR Merson-Cooper Stakes and the LR Blue Diamond Preview double in Melbourne. He was second colt past the post in the 2018 G 1 Golden Slipper and G1 ATC Sires Produce Stakes. He went on to win LR Karaka 3 year-old Classic in New Zealand after Stakes placings in the G2 Sandown Guineas, G3 Vain Stakes and G3 Caulfield Guineas Prelude.

Long Leaf has received great support from WA breeders, covering 84 and 85 mares in his very first two books at Rangeview Stud.

Long Leaf was a precocious type and I can see his stock getting up and winning at two just like he did. There will be a Long Leaf yearling in just abotu every barn at the 2023 Magic Millions.

Long Leaf stands at Rangeview Stud.
