Gathering to Worship at Fall Creek Wesleyan Church TELL US A BIT ABOUT YOUR CHURCH.

Fall Creek is a multi-ethnic, multi-generational church family that has been transforming lives and communities for 20 years. We began in 1994, when Fishers was at the start of its amazing growth curve. We’re a family church that values relationships, serving our community, and life transformation through the power of Jesus Christ.

We also support six families serving in international missions, including two from our own congregation. Over the last decade, at least 10 individuals or families from Fall Creek have gone into full-time ministry as missionaries, church planters, pastors or Christian workers. The word go, as in go and serve others, really describes our congregation.

ARE INVOLVED WITH?

Our strategy is to invite everyone to experience life transformation through six simple steps: Believe in Jesus Christ, Gather for worship, Pursue God every day, Connect with other believers, Give generously, and Go transform the world. Our programs help people—of all ages—take practical steps on that pathway. A few of the most popular programs are our youth ministry called The Mix, which meets on Sunday evenings, a Wednesday morning Bible study for mothers with their small children called Mom-to-Mom, and our Sunday morning Gather experience for kids, led by our incredibly talented children’s director, Matthew Hines. About 70 percent of our

Fall Creek is “the church that goes.” We love to get into community—and beyond—serving others in the name of Jesus. We recently completed our second Water for Life mission in Haiti, where we donated and installed a solar-powered UV filtration system that will provide up to 1,000 gallons of clean water per day for a rural community. We love Fishers too, and last year we mobilized over 10,000 hours of volunteer labor in local and regional service projects, including Christmas in Action, a one-day home improvement blitz for elderly low-income residents, food collection for our regional food bank, and serving at Wheeler Shelter for Men. 10

congregation is involved in small groups, which give you an idea how important relationships are to us. WHAT CAN PEOPLE EXPECT WHEN VISITING YOUR CHURCH?

They can expect to be transformed by the power of God and to join in transforming the world around them. If you are looking for a place where relationships matter and where you’ll be challenged to change, grow and go into the world to serve others, you’ll probably like it here. As for what to expect on a Sunday morning, you’ll find a warm welcome, contemporary music, and biblical preaching. Fully staffed childcare is available, and there are meaningful programs for kids of all ages. The atmosphere is casual, so come as you are. Fall Creek Wesleyan Church 11721 Olio Rd.
