Ryan Pauly is an in-house designer for Alora and Director of Design for sister brand, Kuzco Lighting. Ryan is an interdisciplinary designer with vast experience and knowledge in modern lighting. Pauly's designs for Kuzco Lighting have awarded the brand over 12 coveted awards. His passion is to create visionary lighting that sparks innovation wherever it is placed.

As grandson of Charles Pavarini, Sr., Charles Pavarini III has reinterpreted the legacy of the Pavarini Construction Company, known for creating historic NYC landmarks. Pavarini’s design style has evolved into a highly poetic blend of traditional and contemporary design elements. Through the years, Pavarini has accumulated 33 industry awards for his designs.
