Wilderness Safaris Hoanib

– Located in the most remote part of Kaokoveld A land of mountains, vast plains, and dry river beds inhabited by fascinating wildlife - Hoanib Skelton Coast lies on the transient Hoanib River. The camp offers eight large ensuite tents with private outdoor shaded lounges, and the main area offers a swimming pool looking out over the rugged and untouched scenery. The area is explored by vehicle, on foot and in the air (weather permitting), with game drives discovering the wealth of desert-adapted life: elephant, giraffe and antelope followed by lion and brown hyaena. Guests can track elephant herds as they roam the seemingly endless desert landscape in the search of sparse ribbons of vegetation and secret freshwater springs.
