Founded in 1981 by five renowned Metro Denver real estate brokers, Kentwood Real Estate celebrated 40 years of excellence in 2021. The original office was headquartered in the Denver Tech Center, where operations continue today.

Over the years, key milestones for Kentwood Real Estate include the launch of a Cherry Creek office in 1998 and a Lower Downtown office, Kentwood City Properties, in 1999. In 2018 a Northern Colorado office was formed in Fort Collins.
