Innovation and digitalisation

Our new “Remote Service” product brings together a host of services and systems in a way that is completely seamless to the customer.

Our enterprise digital transformation strategy remains a key priority, with several business areas migrated during 2021.

These business areas include Customer Care Centres, Work Shift Management, Mobile Guarding and Alarm Response teams, as well as Guarding Reporting. Other significant projects include cloud migration and further enhancements to our cybersecurity posture.

The projects support a 360-degree customer view of all relevant events and activities, in real-time, across both our own organisation and customer-facing channels, such as web portal, mobile and B2B integrations. These initiatives will allow the seamless integration of new products and services, enhancing the quality of insight and customer experience.

One example is our new “Remote Service” product, where we deliver a fully outsourced security service that brings together hosting, monitoring and maintenance of the security system, alongside surveillance, alarm handling and guarding, in a way that is completely seamless to the customer. Such services will support improved planning and resource utilisation, underpinned by a recurring revenue model, with predictable cost for the customer.
