The first three years provide students with a high level of general management education. Students gain substantial knowledge in the following management disciplines: accounting, finance, human resources, international business, marketing, information systems, negotiation, and operations management. The last two years will shape students into managers who are strategic thinkers with an ability to adapt to international and multicultural environments. The two-year Master in Management program allows students to tailor the program to their needs by offering nine specializations and nearly three hundred electives. In 2015 the Master in Management program was ranked 21st worldwide by the Financial Times.

Career Outlook IÉSEG has a dedicated team providing career advice throughout the five years and particularly during their recruitment process. Our approach is personalized to ensure each student’s talents are emphasized. Students can tap into IÉSEG’s relationships with companies, recruiters, executives, and alumni. Our graduates are highly sought-after by major international businesses and corporations. About two-thirds of our students have a job offer at graduation, and nearly all are employed within six months. The majority find work in sales, auditing, marketing, and finance.

IÉSEG is the perfect option if you are interested in receiving a very complete management education and interacting in a multicultural environment. During my time at the School, I have met lot of great people, including many international students, with whom I share similar interests. The staff has a lot of experience with international students and is bilingual so you can easily communicate with them. I find the program in itself to be very well rounded and contemporary, the courses are interactive and the professors are experts in the fields they teach. At the end of every academic year students undertake internships, which helps put into practice the theory we’ve learned in our classes. Maria, Venezuela, 2019
