PROUD GRANDFATHER: Harris County Judge Ed Emmett (TOP LEFT) recently introduced his Hugh McCoy Emmett to the world. Hugh is the son of Robert Emery and his wife Emily Jones Emmett. Hugh is their 2nd child, and the 12th grandchild for Judge Emmett and his wife Gwen. TEXAS LAND COMMISSIONER GEORGE P. BUSH: “Proud to welcome John William Bush ('Jack') to the world--6 lbs 4oz--19 3/4 inches -- Mommy is doing great!”. Texas Land Commissioner George P Bush (BOTTOM) recently supported the Texas Charter Schools Association Rally in Austin. TEXAS LAND COMMISSIONER GEORGE P. BUSH: “As your Land Commissioner I want to use my voice and the platform that we have at the Permanent School Fund to encourage more education reform within our state and ensure that charters are a part of the conversation of public school.
