State Association Updates

DCAR’s 2021 Speaker Series is in full swing! So far this year, they hosted Dean Hunter, CEO of the Small Multifamily Owners Association, who discussed rent control and housing affordability in the district, and Andrew Trueblood, director of the D.C. Office of Planning, who covered the District of Columbia Comprehensive Plan. Be sure to save these dates for the rest of DCAR’s 2021 Speaker Series events:

April 8: Department of Consumer and Regulatory Affairs (DCRA) June 10: Education and schools Sept. 9: The district’s Department of Housing and Community Development (DHCD)
