Winter Equestrian Festival Wraps Up, Leaving Behind Memorable Moments The FTI Consulting Winter Equestrian Festival’s 2013 season came to a close with many memorable moments, from kids of all ages enjoying the arrival of a real Venetian carousel to a contest winner realizing his dream to compete at WEF to a married couple at WEF for the first time winning first and third in the largest grand prix class. The Palm Beach International Equestrian Center set a new nightly record with 8,600 fans attending the $500,000 FTI Consulting Finale Grand Prix CSI 5*. This created an electric atmosphere for the event.
