Enhanced daily cleaning of activity areas. Frequent hand washing and sanitizing. Campers and staff to stay home when sick. Effective communication with Camp Office when sick.

Food Allergies

Summer at Far Brook is a Tree Nut and Peanut-Conscious Camp. We will work with parents, campers, and healthcare providers to minimize the risk of exposure and adverse reaction to allergens

Camp Nurse

The Nurse reports any sign of illness to the parent/guardian so the student may go home, rest, and start treatment before further symptoms develop. If you are notified your child is ill or injured during camp hours, you must make arrangements to pick up as soon as possible.

Head of Security on site conducts campus walk-throughs consistently during the day

Staff wear a Far Brook lanyard with ID and camp staff will wear a staff shirt with camp logo and nametag

Monthly fire and security drills conducted Staff Training facilitated pre-camp and during camp

Every door is locked and requires a key fob to enter Security cameras on campus

PA system to be used in the event of an emergency

All staff connected by walkie talkie
