JICA elevates ROW issue of bypass road project tunnel to Mayor Baste

Christian Cambaya, unit head for Investor Assistance and Servicing of the Davao City Investment Promotion Center (DCIPC), said the Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA) has elevated the right-of-way (ROW) issue to Mayor Sebastian “Baste” Duterte during their trip to Japan last month.

“We have a meeting with JICA and discussed sa ilang infrastructure projects. One of the things they brought up to the mayor katong issue nila sa road right-of-way sa bypass road project na 45 kilometers. The mayor assured na he will take the lead,” Cambaya said in an interview.
