Live alfresco style all year round with our ever-popular rattan and abaca weave (banana leaf) patio range of lounges and occasional chairs. The Donny 3-seater lounge (pictured) features wooden armrests and pure cotton covers. It is made from a tight mix of abaca weave and a certain type of rattan from Indonesia called Sarang Buaya. Both are sustainably sourced, with the banana leaf being dried naturally in the sun. It is then stripped and twisted as a material in the form of ropes. The ropes are strong and tough, and they take on the UH[\YHS JVSV\Y JOHYHJ[LYPZ[PJZ VM [OL Ă„IYL ;OL YVWLZ VM banana leaf are then used as weaving material and binding HYV\UK [OL M\YUP[\YL MYHTLZ (Z H Ă„UHS WYVJLZZ P[ PZ [OLU spray-coated with a protective clear polyurethane lacquer.
