The Byron Library Exhibition Space Section 355 Committee which manages the Lone Goat Gallery requires a volunteer publicity officer to publicise exhibitions taking place in the gallery. WATER MAIN UPGRADE – KENDALL ST BYRON BAY PROJECT – 24.2010.48.1 As a result of engineering assessments and a review of environmental impacts Council has determined to replace an existing water main located under Kendall Street and Ewingsdale Road in Byron Bay. This replacement water main will be constructed entirely underground and is designed to augment existing water supply capacity to the Belongil Spit and will replace an existing water main which is due for replacement. Traffic controls and reduced speed zones will remain in place during the construction period, our intention is to minimise any disruption. TEMPORARY ROAD CLOSURES William Flick Lane, Ewingsdale 9.00am to 3.00pm Sunday 17 November 2013 Council has endorsed the Rainbow Ride Cycle Challenge for Sunday 17 November 2013. This on-road cycling event will include: s Cyclists departing Byron Bay Lighthouse approximately 7.30am and leave Byron Bay onto Mullumbimby via Ewingsdale Road and Myocum Road s From Mullumbimby the ride follows Main Arm Road, The Pocket Road, before passing Billinudgel and leave and return Byron Shire by Tweed Valley Way s On their return, cyclists follow Coolamon Scenic Drive from Ocean Shores to Mullumbimby, then via Myocum Road onto and end at Ewingsdale s William Flick Lane, Ewingsdale will be closed between 9.00am and 3.00pm s Stop/go traffic control on Ewingsdale Road during the whole day at the intersection of William Flick Lane and Woodford Lane will be in use s The event is a non-race, on-road event with lead and rear support vehicles s Cyclists ride no more than two abreast and marshals and signage will be visible on the day

Mullumbimby Music Festival Sunday 24 November 2013 Under the provisions of the Roads Act 1993, Council has approved (13-559) the following temporary road closures within Mullumbimby. On Sunday 24 November 2013 closures will be in effect at: s Dalley Street, between Tincogan Street and Burringbar Street (11.00am to 12 noon) s Burringbar Street, between Station Street and Dalley Street (10.45am to 11.15am) Signed detours will be available during these times. From 4.00pm Thursday 21 November 2013 through to 8.00am Monday 25 November 2013 the following closures will also apply: s Lane 7, between Dalley Street and east of the Fire Station driveway s Lane 2, from Lane 7 to Tincogan Street
