114th annual

BANGALOW SHOW THEME & PAVILION

The ocean is downstream of everything, so all our actions, no matter where we live, will have a direct impact on the ocean. ‘Of Sand and Sea’ is the title of this year’s pavilion show theme and there will be exhibits ranging from sardine tin dioramas, marine garments made from recycled materials and literally hanging from the rafters there will be mutant fish, jellyfish and other wonderful sea creatures. The possibilities are as vast as the ocean itself… a horticultural challenge to make a floral arrangement from flotsam and jetsam! The Pavilion is open to the public from midday Friday and all day Saturday. Much of the fruit ‘n’ veg, preserves, horticulture and baking will be donated by the exhibitors for the Charity Auction in the main ring on Saturday afternoon.

FRIDAY

A Magical Show Open 10am – 4pm Tues – Sun & Public Holidays

The show gets an early kick off with the working dogs going through their paces from 6.30am in the main ring before the judging of the horses and dairy cattle.
