The City’s investment in capital assets for its governmental and business-type activities as of September 30, 2021, amounts to approximately $264,858,000 (net of accumulated depreciation). This is a net increase (additions less retirements and depreciation) of approximately $2,382,000 or 1.0% from last fiscal year.
