We opened in 2015 as an Ebenezer Community. We are on Excelsior Road parallel with the Paul Bunyan Trail. The red-white & tan building closest to the Lakes 12 Movie Theater. Here you can look forward to a fresh & beautiful atmosphere. We will give you a warm welcome and help you feel at home. We have di erent oor plans within our 2 Assisted Living and 26 Memory Care apartments. We have lovely gathering spaces for daily activities, socializing and hosting family and friends.

We are not a nursing home. We o er Assisted Living, which is a 55+ senior lifestyle with the option of personalized care services. We o er Memory Care, which is personalized care plans for people that have a dementia diagnosis and need care in an environment thoughtfully designed for their comfort, safety, social needs, health care needs and wellbeing.

From the warm welcome you will receive in our beautiful lobby, to the friendly people you are sure to meet as you walk about, a library for book club, meetings or a quiet place to read, a Bistro and activity rooms set up for fun with games, jigsaw puzzles, a TV for watching sports together, a tness room for scheduled wellness classes or personal tness, to a peace lled chapel and social gathering spaces both indoor and out… at Northern Lakes we o er many ways for you to thrive and be well cared for in your new season of living.

Food! We o er a cheerful restaurant style dining experience. Meals are delicious and chef made! No more lonely or boring mealtimes. We o er great food and company to enjoy it!
