Why did you start your blog? My blog came to life for 3 main reasons: the first was to let myself rediscover how great the Italian and mediterranean cuisines are. I always loved every kind of food from all over the world (with a penchant for Asian food in particular), and when I moved to New York I completely dropped off Italian cooking in favor of new foods that I wanted to know more about. Another reason was to
tell the world about how healthy the Mediterranean diet can be. The Italian tradition is full of great vegetarian recipes, and as I started to explore them I loved them more and more. Lastly, I really wanted my blog to be a chance for armchair travel for all those outside of Italy who would read it. I’ve had a lot of people telling me how much they envy the fact that I live in Italy! How did your relationship with food change?
