Support and advice for people under 25, offering these services:

Short-term counselling by phone and online

Free helpline for under 25 years olds, where you can talk to trained supporters about any issue thats troubling you- we are open from 4pm to 11pm Monday to Saturday

Email- if you are under 25 years old you can email the helpline at any time and one of our trained supporters will respond within 24 hours Mon to Saturday

Crisis messenger If you feel you can’ t cope or you are worried about how you are feeling you can contact the crisis messenger 24 hours a day 7 days a week . The text messenging service is free to use and for any issue . They provide in the moment support and problem solving when you need it the most .
