Their success has been propelled to even greater heights due to the current circumstances of the pandemic, the resulting lack of holiday opportunities and the need by many to try to enjoy the time spent at home during the periods of lockdown. For families who need to keep an eye on the budget, there’s clearly a lot to like. The versatility of a swim spa means owners have a pool for exercising within and at other times, an area for the kids to have fun and mess around in too. When the kids have gone to bed, there’s a tranquil space to relax in alone – a real godsend in these trying times. Even before COVID-19 surfaced, as an introduction to counter-current swimming and the wider world of swim spas, entrylevel options have provided a package which has always represented outstanding value for money and this, combined with their flexibility has ensured continued success. The River Swim system consists of five large swim jets, in a row, creating a steady flow of water over the entire width of the swim spa. Users can control the intensity of
the water stream and when doing so, the flow is equally divided over the whole width of the current. Because of this unique technique, the water stream covers a wide area and is effectively positioned below the water surface, enabling users to swim with their head comfortably above water. If the intensity of the River Swim System is decreased, the Current-Lift Technology is automatically activated, enabling the swimmer to remain in the prone position.
