We decided we liked the rainy off-season – especially nice too if you stay at the Bintang Flores Hotel which has some fine cuisine of its own – especially breakfasts. Another plus is that while other establishments have spectacular views – Bintang Flores Hotel is part of that fabulous view located as it is right on the beach with a refreshing pool and bar close by.
