A traditional Italian meal often begins with antipasti, which may include items such as prosciutto and melon, bruschetta, or a selection of cured meats and cheeses

Davvero defy the traditional with courses as “bacalá mantecato”, “risi bisi” and “polpetta”, all origin from the area of Venice, and made with the most surprising ingredients, like for example fresh cod Yes, in Italy fresh cod is king in several simple recipes.

This is followed by a pasta course, which can range from classic dishes such as “Risotto di Zucca, Radicchio, Morlacco e Speck” or “Spaghettoni Cacio e Pepe”, the true proof of an elevated italian restaurant because of the simplicity that requires a high level of technique, to more contemporary creations.
