The World Health Organization (WHO), is the United Nations specialized agency for health. It's main mandate is to ensure that people all over the world enjoy the highest attainable standard of health. In the occupied Palestinian territory, WHO supports the Palestinian Ministry of Health in promoting physical and mental health of all Palestinian's and addresses broader social, economic, environmental and cultural health determinants.
