Caberg was founded in Bergamo in the North of Italy. Ca-Berg is the acronym for Caschi di Bergamo (Helmets from Bergamo). The Company launches two products that are the full face Articolo 100 and the open face with a peak named Articolo 300.
Launches the model Ventura characterized by an innovative release spring visor system, and the model named Total Cross, the first helmet dedicated to the off road.

LEVO È’ IL CASCO APRIBILE DI CABERG REALIZZATO PER IL MOTOTURISTA PIÙ’ ESIGENTE CON SOLUZIONI TECNICHE ALL’AVANGUARDIA E DESIGN INNOVATIVO. La calotta esterna è realizzata in fibre composite oppure, nella versione LEVO CARBON, interamente in fibra di carbonio. Le due misure di calotta esterna permettono una perfetta proporzione tra il volume del casco e la taglia del motociclista. LEVO si caratterizza per la doppia omologazione P/J avendo superato sia i test previsti dalla normativa ECE per i caschi integrali (P) che quelli in configurazione jet (J), con mentoniera aperta. Il sistema di ventilazione, costituito da due prese d’aria frontali e due estrattori posteriori, offre un comfort ottimale anche nelle condizioni più estreme attraverso i canali presenti nella calotta interna. Tra le peculiarità esclusive di LEVO rientra l’ampia visiera che permette al motociclista di contare su un campo di visione tra i più estesi della sua categoria (definito “panoramic ultra-wide visor”), garantendo un’apertura frontale della visuale pari a 82°. LEVO è inoltre equipaggiato di serie con la lente antiappannante Pinlock Max Vision ed è dotato di visiera parasole integrata, Double Visor Tech, facile da manovrare anche indossando guanti. Gli interni, completamente estraibili e lavabili, sono realizzati con i migliori tessuti ad alta traspirazione e trattati Sanitized. Le guance hanno un profilo che consente di indossare occhiali con estrema facilità. LEVO è predisposto per alloggiare i principali sistemi di comunicazione presenti sul mercato grazie agli spazi dedicati per altoparlanti e microfono. LEVO può essere equipaggiato con il nuovo comunicatore Caberg JUST SPEAK EVO. LEVO viene offerto nelle versioni monocolore nero opaco, bianco, e giallo fluo alta visibilità (HI VIZION), oltre alle versioni grafiche FLOW e PROSPECT. LEVO IS THE FLIP-UP BY CABERG, WITH INNOVATIVE DESIGN AND AVANT-GARDE TECHNICAL SOLUTIONS DEVELOPED FOR THE MOST DEMANDING TOURING RIDERS. The shell is made of composite fibre; the shell of the LEVO CARBON version, instead, is entirely made of carbon. The two shell sizes offer the best fitting proportion between the shell volume and the motorcyclist’s head size. LEVO obtained the P/J dual homologation after passing the requirements set by the ECE test regulations both for full face (P) and Jet (J) helmets that allows to ride also with the chin guard open. The ventilation system offers optimal comfort even during the most extreme conditions thanks to two air front vents, two rear air extractors, and the built-in channels present in the inner shell. LEVO is equipped with a panoramic ultra-wide visor that allows the best fields of vision, ensuring an amplified visibility in the front part equal to 82°. The helmet is also equipped with Pinlock Max Vision lens to avoid misting and an integrated sunshade visor (DVT Double Visor Tech) easy to manoeuvre with gloves. The lining, made with the best hypoallergenic and transpiring fabrics to grant maximum freshness, is entirely removable and washable. Grazie al punto di rotazione della mentoniera diverso da quello della visiera, la mentoniera dell’HORUS rimane sempre vicina e compatta alla calotta limitando l’effetto vela quando si circola con mentoniera sollevata. Design elegante e le ricche dotazioni tecniche fanno dell’HORUS l’ideale compagno di viaggio. L’ampia visiera, “PANORAMIC ULTRA-WIDE VISOR”, già utilizzata sull’apribile top di gamma LEVO è stata molto apprezzata dai motociclisti perché offre un campo di visione tra i più ampi della sua categoria garantendo un’apertura frontale pari a 82° consentendo al motociclista di essere completamente immerso nell’ambiente che lo circonda e diminuendo notevolmente tutti i movimenti della testa necessari per tenere sotto controllo le informazioni presenti ad esempio sul cruscotto moto e GPS senza mai perdere di vista la strada davanti a sé. HORUS è inoltre dotato di serie della lente antiappannante Pinlock Max Vision e della visiera parasole integrata Double Visor Tech, facile da manovrare anche con i guanti grazie al comodo comando posto sul lato sinistro del casco. Il sistema di ventilazione è composto da una presa d’aria regolabile sul mento, una grande presa d’aria superiore regolabile e da due estrattori d’aria posti sul retro del casco che grazie ai canali presenti nella calotta interna ed ai tessuti traspiranti utilizzati per gli interni del casco, completamente amovibili e lavabili, garantiscono un ottimo comfort in qualsiasi condizione climatica. Grazie agli spazi presenti nella calotta interna per gli speakers ed all’aggancio per il microfono, HORUS può essere facilmente equipaggiato con il nuovo comunicatore Bluetooth di Caberg, JUST SPEAK EVO, ma anche con i comunicatori già presenti sul mercato. The chin guard of HORUS has the rotation movement independent from the one of the visor allowing the chin guard to be much closer to the shell and reducing the head wind effect while riding with the chin guard open. The elegant design and precious technical features make the HORUS the ideal travel companion. The outer visor, “PANORAMIC ULTRA-WIDE VISOR” currently already in use on our top of the range LEVO and highly appreciated by the motorcyclists, offers one of the best wide field of view in its category due to the amplified visibility in the front part equal to 82°. This great feature allows the motorcyclist to be completely immersed in the surrounding environment and to reduce considerably the movements of the head while checking the info on the dashboard or gps without losing the sight of the read ahead. HORUS is also equipped with an anti-fog Pinlock Max vision lens and an integrated sunshade Double Visor Tech visor easily maneuverable with gloves. The ventilation system offers optimal comfort even in the most extreme conditions thanks to an air front vent on the chin guard and one large adjustable air intake on top, two rear air extractors, built-in channels present in the inner shell, and breathable fabrics for the liner that is entirely removable and washable. DROID è dotato dell’esclusivo sistema Double Visor Tech che, grazie ad una visiera parasole integrata facile da manovrare, permette di guidare sempre con la giusta luce e quindi con la massima sicurezza. Frutto dell’esperienza maturata dalla prima azienda italiana ad aver prodotto caschi apribili, DUKE II è dotato della doppia omologazione P/J che permette di guidare anche a mentoniera alzata sempre in sicurezza grazie al selettore posizionato sulla sinistra del casco che blocca la mentoniera nella posizione di massima apertura nella posizione J, evitando così la chiusura accidentale della stessa. Grazie alle ridotte dimensioni del casco, il peso del DUKE II è di solo 1550 +\-50 gr. DUKE II è dotato dell’esclusivo sistema Double Visor Tech che, grazie ad una visiera parasole integrata facile da manovrare, permette di guidare sempre con la giusta luce e quindi con la massima sicurezza. La visiera parasole è resistente al graffio, mentre quella esterna trasparente non solo al graffio, ma anche all’appannamento grazie alla doppia lente Pinlock. La ventilazione è garantita da due ampi aeratori facili da manovrare posizionati sulla mentoniera e sulla parte superiore della calotta che assicurano un ottimo ricambio d’aria interno attraverso una serie di canali interni. L’interno è completamente amovibile e
lavabile con inserti posteriori rifrangenti, realizzato con tessuti traspiranti ed ipoallergenici per garantire la massima freschezza ed igiene. All’interno del Duke II può essere alloggiato il nuovo sistema di comunicazione JUST SPEAK EVO che permette di comunicare non solo con il proprio telefono cellulare e con il proprio passeggero, ma anche di collegarsi ad un GPS ed ascoltare musica attraverso il telefono o un lettore Mp3. DUKE II is the result of the acquired experience of Caberg that was the first Italian company to produce flip up helmets. DUKE II comes with the dual homologation P/J which allows you to ride with the chin guard open guaranteeing safety thanks to the lever P/J on the left hand side of the helmet. This lever, when in the “J” position, blocks the chin guard in the fully open position avoiding the chin guard to accidentally close. TOURMAX, è dotato di doppia omologazione P/J che permette di guidare anche a mentoniera alzata sempre in sicurezza grazie al selettore posizionato sulla sinistra che, nella posizione J, blocca la mentoniera nella posizione di massima apertura evitando così la chiusura accidentale della stessa. All’interno della confezione sono presenti le viti da utilizzare in caso si volesse utilizzare il TOURMAX senza frontino, come un tradizionale casco apribile. TOURMAX è dotato dell’esclusivo sistema DoubleVisorTech che grazie ad una visiera parasole integrata facile da manovrare, permette di guidare sempre con la giusta luce e quindi con la massima sicurezza. As result of the long experience gained by Caberg, the first Italian company to produce flip up helmets, TOURMAX 100% Made in Italy is equipped with a peak that automatically moves close to the visor when opening the chin guard in order to minimize air resistance. TOURMAX comes with the dual homologation P/J which allows you to ride with the chin guard open guaranteeing safety thanks to the lever P/J on the left hand side of the helmet. This lever when in the “J” position, blocks the chin guard in the fully open position avoiding the chin guard to accidentally close. Inside the product Box are present the screws to transform the Tourmax in a traditional flip up model without peak. DRIFT EVO SI AFFIANCA AL GIÀ’ CONOSCIUTO ED APPREZZATO MODELLO DRIFT, ALZANDO ULTERIORMENTE LO STANDARD PER SODDISFARE I MOTOCICLISTI DALL’INDOLE PIÙ’ SPORTIVA. Questo casco deriva infatti dall’esperienza del reparto corse e dei piloti dell’azienda bergamasca, che indossano in diverse competizioni versioni grafiche del tutto originali del DRIFT EVO. La calotta, prodotta in due misure (piccola per le taglie dalla XS alla M e grande per le taglie dalla L alla XXL) e abbinata a interni dallo spirito innovativo, è in grado di offrire un perfetto equilibrio tra comfort e ingombro. Lo spoiler posteriore conferisce un design aggressivo, migliora l’aerodinamica alle velocità più alte e riduce le turbolenze e la rumorosità. Gli interni adottano inoltre un guanciale di nuova generazione, che conferisce una calzata ancora più avvolgente e precisa; su richiesta gli interni possono essere sostituiti con quelli della taglia superiore o inferiore, consentendo così una personalizzazione perfetta. DRIFT EVO è dotato di un meccanismo visiera a sgancio rapido che regola automaticamente la posizione della visiera per una perfetta aderenza con la bordatura della finestra. Grazie al doppio movimento a molle del meccanismo visiera non sarà più necessaria la regolazione manuale dello stesso per evitare infiltrazioni di acqua o di aria tra visiera e bordatura. Sul lato sinistro del meccanismo visiera è posizionata una leva che permette di bloccarla ad una distanza dalla bordatura di circa 0.5cm per evitare o eliminare la condensa che viene assorbita in modo efficace dal vento durante la circolazione; permette inoltre di avere un flusso d’aria sul viso direzionato in modo da non dare fastidio nemmeno alle velocità più alte. La leva di blocco esclude la possibilità che la visiera si apra durante la marcia o durante una caduta.
DRIFT EVO è dotato di visiera antigraffio con lente Pinlock Max Vision per evitare l’appannamento; la presenza del visierino parasole DVT (Double Visor Tech), facilmente manovrabile anche con i guanti attraverso una leva laterale, permette di guidare sempre nelle migliori condizioni di luce. La presa d’aria posizionata sulla mentoniera convoglia l’aria sulla superfice interna della visiera evitando la formazione di condensa. Le prese d’aria superiori, attraverso un avanzato sistema di canalizzazioni nella calotta in polistirolo, garantiscono un’ottima ventilazione, grazie anche all’estrattore posteriore che permette il deflusso dell’aria calda e viziata. DRIFT EVO viene offerto nelle due versioni monocolore Bianco lucido e Nero opaco. Inoltre viene offerto nelle versioni grafiche INTEGRA, GAMA, VERTICAL e STORM. Le versioni disponibili del DRIFT EVO con calotta in Carbonio sono DRIFT EVO CARBON PRO, con calotta interamente in carbonio e finitura lucida con inclusa nella confezione una visiera supplementare scura, e due versioni DRIFT EVO CARBON con grafica giallo fluo e con grafica bianca, entrambe con finitura opaca. Tutte le versioni hanno gli interni completamente sfoderabili e lavabili, compresa l’imbottitura del cinturino di chiusura, fibbia di chiusura a doppio anello e predisposizione per il montaggio dei più diffusi sistemi di comunicazione, grazie alle sedi presenti per speakers e microfono. DRIFT EVO può essere equipaggiato con il nuovo comunicatore Caberg JUST SPEAK EVO.
DRIFT EVO JOINS THE WELL-KNOWN DRIFT MODEL RAISING EVEN MORE THE STANDARDS TO SATISFY THE MOST DEMANDING SPORTY RIDERS. This helmet is the result of the experience gained by the company’s racing department and the riders who wear the DRIFT EVO in many championships. The shell is produced in 2 sizes (the small one from XS to M, while the larger one from size L to XXL) that, together with an innovative inner lining, offer the perfect balance between comfort and fitting. The rear spoiler gives a sporty and aggressive look to the helmet, enhances the aerodynamics at higher speed and reduces the turbulences. As far as the inner lining, the cheek pads have been redesigned to offer a closer fitting; it is possible to change and install a different size to get a custom-correct fit. DRIFT EVO quick release visor mechanism allows visor self-adjustment to guarantee a close contact of visor and window beading. Thanks to the visor mechanism with a spring double movement, it will not be necessary to manually regulate it in order to avoid incoming of water or air. Moreover, the lever on the left side of the visor mechanism consents to stop the position of the visor at 0,5cm from the window beading to avoid or eliminate fogging, which is absorbed by the wind while riding even at higher speed. When the lever is lifted, the visor is locked to avoid sudden opening during a ride or fall.
DRIFT EVO is also equipped with a transparent anti-scratch visor, an adjustable Pinlock lens Max Vision to avoid fogging, and an integrated anti-scratch sunshade visor DVT (Double Visor Tech) easily manoeuvrable with a lateral lever. The lower vent on the chin guard drives air directly to the inner side of the visor to avoid misting; the vent on top channels fresh air inside the helmet through numerous air grooves, while the rear vent favours the discharge of hot and stale air. DRIFT EVO is offered in two solid versions White and Matt black. Moreover it is offered in the graphic versions INTEGRA, GAMA, VERTICAL and STORM. The versions available with shell made of Carbon are: DRIFT EVO CARBON PRO with full carbon shell and glossy finish, with an extra dark visor included in the box; and the two versions DRIFT EVO CARBON with graphic in fluo yellow and in white both with a matt finish. All the versions are equipped with removable and washable lining including the padding on the chinstrap; double D-ring for the retention system and ready to install most of the communication systems present on the market thanks to the space dedicated to speakers and microphone. La presa d’aria sulla mentoniera, a due vie, indirizza il flusso d’aria sulla visiera in modo da evitarne l’appannamento, mentre le due prese d’aria superiori (regolabili tramite un avanzato sistema di canalizzazioni interne) garantiscono la regolazione della temperatura grazie anche all’estrattore posteriore, che favorisce l’eliminazione dell’aria calda e viziata dall’interno della calotta. Tutte le prese
d’aria sono regolabili e facilmente azionabili anche indossando i guanti. Il deflettore Stop Wind sotto al mento ed il deflettore superiore sono removibili, la chiusura è dotata di regolazione micrometrica con un cinturino ampio e ben imbottito. Il visierino parasole DVT (Double Visor Tech), facilmente azionabile anche con i guanti tramite una leva esterna, contribuisce al comfort, alla sicurezza e, insieme alla visiera con trattamento antigraffio e dalla visuale particolarmente ampia anche lateralmente, consente una visibilità ottimale in tutte le condizioni di luce. La visiera è dotata di un sistema di sgancio rapido che ne consente la rimozione senza l’uso di attrezzi per la sostituzione o la pulizia; è inoltre predisposta per l’applicazione della lente Pinlock, che evita la formazione di condensa anche nelle condizioni più difficili. The lining, entirely removable and washable made with hypoallergenic and breathable fabrics, and the three air vents and a rear extractor grant maximum freshness and comfort. The two-way air vent on the chin guard drives air directly to the inner side of the visor to avoid misting; the 2 vents on top, channel fresh air inside the helmet, while the rear vent favours the discharge of hot and stale air. All vents are adjustable and can be easily regulated also while wearing gloves.
The wind deflector below the chin and the one for the nose are both removable; the retention system comes with a micrometric buckle and a wide and padded comfortable chin strap. JACKAL comes with an integrated sunshade visor DVT (Double Visor Tech) that is easy to regulate thanks to the lever on the side and a wide anti-scratch clear visor that allows not only a wider lateral view, but also an optimum visual in all light conditions. L’aerazione è garantita da 3 grandi prese d’aria tutte regolabili facilmente anche indossando guanti. L’aerazione inferiore, posizionata sul mento, convoglia l’aria sulla superficie interna della visiera evitando la formazione di condensa, le due aerazioni superiori convogliano l’aria all’interno del casco grazie alla presenza di numerosi canali interni, mentre l’aerazione posteriore dissipa l’aria calda e viziata. Caratteristiche principali del FLYON sono l’ampia visiera esterna dotata di sistema di blocco posto sulla sinistra per evitare aperture accidentali, la lente antiappannante Pinlock di serie, la visiera parasole integrata facile da utilizzare grazie al cursore posto sulla sinistra del casco e un sistema di ventilazione straordinario che attraverso le due prese d’aria superiori e all’estrattore d’aria posteriore garantisce un ottimo ricircolo di aria anche nei periodi più caldi. FLYON può facilmente essere equipaggiato con il comunicatore Caberg JUST SPEAK EVO o con altro comunicatore in commercio, facendo del FLYON un prodotto moderno capace di accontentare il tourer più esigente ma anche gli spostamenti urbani di tutti I giorni.
FLYON è prodotto in due taglie di calotta per permettere una perfetta proporzione tra il volume del casco e la taglia del motociclista. La calotte è realizzata in fibre composite ma viene anche offerta una versione con calotta realizzata in fibra di carbonio con finitura lucida (FLYON CARBON) Gli interni sono completamente amovibili e lavabili realizzati con tessuti traspiranti e anallergici. GHOST È’ IL CASCO IDEATO DA CABERG PER I MOTOCICLISTI CHE NON VOGLIONO PASSARE INOSSERVATI: UN MODELLO IN CUI FORMA E STILE AGGRESSIVO SI UNISCONO AD UNA FUNZIONALITÀ’ E PRATICITÀ’ UNICHE SUL MERCATO. Questo Jet è infatti equipaggiato con una particolare visiera a forma di occhiale che aderisce al viso grazie alla spugna presente sul profilo inferiore della stessa, oltre ad una maschera che protegge il viso dagli agenti atmosferici e dagli insetti. Grazie ad un meccanismo basculante a molle, il movimento di apertura e chiusura dell’insieme di visiera e maschera è semplice e intuitivo e può essere eseguito con estrema facilità utilizzando solo una mano (a differenza dei caschi Jet con occhiali o maschere con il tradizionale elastico). GHOST può essere facilmente utilizzato in 4 configurazioni: 1) completo di visiera, profilo inferiore visiera in spugna e maschera; 2) completo di visiera senza profilo inferiore in spugna e con maschera (ideale nei mesi caldi, ma con la sicurezza della protezione del viso da parte della maschera); 3) completo di visiera e profilo inferiore visiera in spugna e senza maschera; 4) solo con visiera, senza il profilo inferiore visiera in spugna e senza la maschera. La calotta, realizzata in due misure, è in fibre composite; è inoltre disponibile anche la versione full carbon con calotta interamente realizzata in Carbonio. La presenza della doppia lente Pinlock, facile da montare e rimuovere, evita l’appannamento della visiera anche nelle
condizioni peggiori. Gli interni, completamente rimovibili e lavabili, sono realizzati con tessuti traspiranti e anallergici.
