A gold cigarette case of rounded rectangular form, finely enamelled in translucent pale blue over a wavy guilloché ground, applied with twocolour gold bands chased with laurel leaves; set with a diamond thumb-piece; contained in its original holly wood fitted case lined with silk and velvet; the lid satin stamped in Cyrillic ‘Fabergé, St Petersburg, Moscow, Odessa’.
