A nephrite ladle with a circular bowl and a long rectangular handle mounted with chased and granulated gold, the reverse of the handle inscribed in Old Church Slavonic ‘Ye B M 1712’; contained in its original silk and velvet lined fitted holly wood box, the lid silk stamped ‘Fabergé, St Petersburg, Moscow, Odessa’ beneath Imperial warrant.
