Who We Are The Porsche Owner’s Club (POC), founded in 1955, is the oldest Porsche Club in North America. The Southern California based club is a non-profit organization with over 1,400 members and growing. We are an exclusive racing Club that takes Porsche owners through various instructional and performance levels and turns them into safe and competent Porsche racers. Porsche racing is not inexpensive and as a result, we have a unique, high end demographic that is an advertiser’s dream.

Types of Events
$800/weekend average spend Drivers from first timers to advanced. Our Performance Driving Series or PDS, is also mostly street cars with drivers who enjoy tracking their car on the weekend. This is our 1st step for drivers looking to become racers with us. $1,500/weekend average spend Drivers who have completed our PDS series or equivalent are promoted to the Time Trial Series. This is where the cars start looking a bit more “race prepared” and are required to have additional equipment that they must purchase (often from our sponsors). $2,500 and up… Most Cup Racers have gone through 2 POC Cup Schools to be granted a Racing License. Cup Racing has both Red and Orange group of cars. Red group drivers drive in our fastest cars in the GT1-GT4 classes. Orange group runs our GT5-GT7 class cars as well as the two “Spec” Series, Boxster Spec and Carrara Spec.
