Jakob Rosko-Fong joins Team Rockstar Energy Polaris Racing for the 2013 Snowcross Season Rockstar Energy Polaris Racing team manager Andre Laurin is pleased to announce the signing of Jakob Rosko-Fong for the 2012/2013 CSRA Snowcross Series, which gets underway in November. The 15-year-old Kirkland Lake, ON native will campaign both the National and Regional Pro Lite Championship for the team. “Not only does Jakob show a lot of promise as a pro rider, he possesses a level of maturity and professionalism not everybody his age has. Those qualities are an added bonus for the team and our sponsors and we’re happy to have him on board,” Laurin said. Five-time CSRA Pro Open Champion Iain Hayden, who dominated the title hunt the past two seasons for Team Rockstar Energy Polaris Racing, will be mentoring Rosko-Fong. “Jakob’s accomplishments in the amateur ranks speak for themselves and he’s a great addition to our team. I believe he’s got a great future in snowcross and I’m looking forward to working with him to hone his natural ability and skills,” Hayden said. Rosko-Fong, who early on proved his mettle winning a number of amateur titles, made his debut in the Pro Lite class last season, finishing top five in the series. “I’m very excited to have been offered the opportunity to be part of an established championship winning team like Rockstar Energy Polaris Racing.
